By using HomeNeeds services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself, members of your household, and anyone who accesses HomeNeeds using your account. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.

Payment Policy
At HomeNeeds, we aim to provide a secure, seamless, and transparent payment experience for all customers. This Payment Policy outlines the methods you can use to pay for your orders, how we process and protect your payment information, and what you can expect in cases of payment issues or refunds. 2. Payment processing & security
- All card payments are processed through licensed, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- You may be asked to complete 3DS or OTP verification from your bank for security.
3. Payment authorization
For card transactions we perform an authorization at checkout to ensure funds are available. For failed authorizations, the order will be placed on hold and you will be asked to reattempt payment.
4. Pricing, taxes, and fees
- Prices shown include any applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping fees and any other charges are shown at checkout before payment.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error is discovered after payment, we will notify you and either cancel the order with a full refund or seek your confirmation for the corrected price.
5. Refunds & chargebacks
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. If you used COD or bank transfer, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit as appropriate. Refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account. If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, contact your bank immediately and notify us so we can assist.
6. Failed or delayed payments
If payment is declined, the order will not be processed. For COD orders that fail on delivery (customer unavailable) the courier may return the package to us and cancellation/return rules will apply.

Warranty Policy
The following Warranty Policy applies to all eligible products sold on HomeNeeds. By purchasing from our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. Warranty terms may vary based on product category and manufacturer guidelines.
1. Warranty Duration
- Standard warranty period: 6 months (unless otherwise stated).
- Some products may have longer or shorter warranty periods depending on the manufacturer.
- The warranty duration for each product is clearly listed on the product page when applicable.
- Warranty begins from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery.
2. What the Warranty Covers
- The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, including:
- Functional issues that prevent normal operation.
- Mechanical or electrical faults caused by production defects.
- Failure occurring under proper household use as intended by the manufacturer.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, improper handling, dropping, or impact.
- Scratches, dents, cracks, burns, discoloration, or cosmetic damage.
- Exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or improper cleaning methods.
- Commercial, industrial, or non-household use.
- Unauthorized repairs, tampering, modification, or opening the product.
- Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (e.g., filters, blades, rubber components).
4. Conditions for Warranty Service
To qualify for warranty support, customers must:
- Provide the original invoice or order confirmation.
- Return the product with all original accessories, packaging, and components.
- Ensure the product has not been modified or serviced by unauthorized centers.
- Submit the claim within the active warranty period.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
- Contact Us: Reach our support team via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Submit Evidence: Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue, along with your order details.
- Assessment: our team will review your claim within 2–5 business days.
In some cases, the product may require inspection by an authorized technician.
6. Repair, Replacement & Refund Terms
If the warranty claim is approved:
- Repair: the product will be repaired using original or equivalent parts when possible.
- Replacement: If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with the same model.
- If unavailable, a similar or equivalent model may be offered.
- Refund / Store Credit: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, store credit or a partial refund may be issued. Refund amounts may vary based on the product’s condition and usage period.
7. Limitations of Liability
- HomeNeeds is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use, installation, or handling of the product.
- Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, financial loss, or personal inconvenience.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
8. Shipping & Service Costs
- For manufacturing defects reported within the first 14 days, we cover all shipping and inspection costs.
- After 14 days, the customer may be responsible for transportation costs to/from the service center.
